He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl and Mabel; and his brothers, Ronald and Hershal. He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his sons, Michael of El Paso and Lee (Jeanne) of Shawnee; his granddaughters, Paige, Elaine and Maddie; his sisters, Barbara Vickrey of Milfay and Marietta Graham (Richard) of Depew; and his sister-in-law Frances Witt of Tulsa. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
