He is survived by: his wife LouAnn McIntosh Smith; his children, Jody Smith (Robin) of Henryetta, Jill Smith of Bixby and Jace Smith (Jennifer); his grandsons, Ryan Cole, Cody Joss, Dalton Ted, Dakoda Blake, Conner Steven and Levi Jace; his great grandchild Colton Smith; his granddaughter Kaitlynn Hope Smith; his sister Judy Beth Childress (Bill) of Stillwater; and his brother-in-law Casey McIntosh (Shirley) of Dewar. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
