He was predeceased by: his father Tuffy Lee; and his sister Linda Kay Lee. He is survived by: his mother Mary Alice Lee; his daughter Bridget; his grandchildren, Maxton Shrum and Jocelyn Shrum of Okmulgee; and his siblings, Connie Scott (Keith) of Smithville, Kathy Bell (Jeff) of Hulbert and Jim Pannell (Vickie) of Checotah. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and other family members and friends.
