It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Proctor of Okmulgee, Oklahoma, born in Claremore, Oklahoma, who passed away on May 1, 2021, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Proctor and Pauline Proctor (Starr). He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his children, Fallon Dennison of Okmulgee, Patty Starr of Morris, Meredith Birdcreek of Glenpool and John David Ballard of Okmulgee; his siblings, Lydia Brown of Morris, Elizabeth Proctor of Okmulgee, Marcie Bell of Okmulgee, Samara Bell of Philadelphia, MS, Nicole Palmeter of Oklahoma City, Michael Proctor of Henryetta, Reubun Proctor of Okmulgee, Marcus Proctor of Okmulgee, William Proctor of Okmulgee and Sam Proctor Jr. of Philadelphia, MS; his aunt Loretta Griffin of Okmulgee; and his grandchildren, Jaylie, Taylan, Kristin, Taryn, Jordyn, Kolton, Kenna, Kendale, Kendalyn and Kendan. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
