He is survived by: his niece Brittny Bush; his son Kyle Bush; his mother Joyce Burklin (Hemmingsen); his grandchildren, Sayia and Anthony Vanderslice; his sister Debbie Heard (Dewayne); his stepbrothers, Jimmy Burklin and Cory Love; and his uncle David Bush (Sheila). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
