She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Eugene and Almeida Roberts (Bowman); and her husband Raymond David "Bo" Toothaker. She is survived by: her daughter Sandra K. Attebery (Bruce) of Broken Arrow, OK; her grandson Matthew Smith of Edmond, OK.; her son Randall W. Toothaker (Wendy) of Marion; her grandchildren, Christopher, Everett, Nathan and Isabella; and her sister Darlene Moore of Garland, TX.. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the McClendon-Winters Funeral Home - Okmulgee (303 E 7th St, Okmulgee, OK 74447). A graveside service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Okmulgee Cemetery (2601 S Wood Dr, Okmulgee, OK 74447).
