He is survived by: his mother Kelly Claborn Ashlock (Claborn) of Okmulgee; his son Cody Lee Ashlock Jr. of Carrollton, TX; his nieces, Jordon Burks of Bristow, Natalie Burks of Okmulgee and Kaley Ashlock of Dewar; his great-nephew Leo "Towe" of Bristow; and his uncle Rick Claborn of Vinita, OK.
