He is survived by: his son Cletus James Rice; his wife Sheila Rice; his sons, Brandon Rice, Andrew Deubel and Darrell Morgan; his mother Lille Rice; his granddaughters, Abigail and Olivia Deubel; and his siblings, Jeanette, Marlene, Brenda, Karen, Ron and Eugene, Jr.. He is also survived by friends, nieces, nephews, cousins.
