He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Simpson and Ardith Simpson (Hammontree); his sister Patty Armer; his nephew Bruce Armer; his grandson Blain Boaldin; and his daughter Kasandra Simpson of Amarillo.
He is survived by: his children, Tese Boaldin of Elkhart and Charles Simpson Jr. (Tina) of Okmulgee; and his adoptive daughter Melanie Brannum (Terry) of Amarillo, Texas.. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
