Carmelia Michelle is survived by: parents, Wardell Smith and Wilma Ray Smith; and sons, Raymond Coleman of Tulsa, OK, Shawn Mitchell of Tulsa, OK, Wardell Melton of Tulsa, OK and Jessie Melton of Tulsa, OK. Carmelia Michelle is also survived by sisters and brothers, grandchildren, cousins, family and friends.
