Horn of Okmulgee, Oklahoma, born in Morris, Oklahoma, who passed away on May 2, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Orel Johnston Horn and Grace Mae Spears Horn; his children, Christopher Ray Horn, Barbara Sue Horn and JoAnn Horn Cook; his siblings, Frances Spears Kasbau, Carlos Horn, Rickey Horn, Travis Horn and Everett Horn; and his great grandchild Ava Cook.
He is survived by: his daughter Laura DuVal; his grandchildren, Christina Rae, Nicole Walker, Patrick Cook, Joseph Cook, Ryan DuVal and Emily; and his sisters, Barbara Reed and Renee McCluskey. He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild.
