She is survived by: her children, Karen Keesee and Earl G. Milligan, Jr.; and her grandchildren, Tracy Storck (Corey), Kimberly Ramsell (Troy) and Dustin Milligan (Jamie). She is also survived by nine great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
