He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Kelly Musgrave, Sr. and Goldie May Musgrave (Swafford); his wife Georgia Musgrave; and his siblings, Lucille Kessler (Virgil), Lois Barger (Jack), Fay Shrum (Roy), Florence Petross (Randall), Betty Vivar (N. E.), Barbara Frazier (Frank) and Ray Musgrave (Wanda).
He is survived by: his daughters, Linda Flatt (Steve) of Cookeville, TN, Andra Adrian (Robert) of Cary, NC and Brenda Musgrave of Carollton, TX; his grandchildren, Benton Flatt, Zachary Adrian, Bryan Adrian, Alyssa Adrian Duggan (Zach), Mason Musgrave, Hannah Roseborough and Heidi Roseborough; and his great grandchild Walker Duggan. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
