He was predeceased by: his mother Judy Elizabeth Kellogg (Henderson); his grandparents, George, Minnie Henderson, Guy Jr. and Toots Kellogg; his aunts and uncles, Rodney Kellogg, James Lamar, Priscilla Lamar and Camilla Whittaker; and his cousin Daniel Whittaker.
He is survived by: his father Owen Bradley (Janie Kellogg) of Daisy, OK; his brother Brad Kellogg (Amber) of Daisy, OK; his nieces, Ruby Kellogg and Sara Kellogg of Daisy, OK; his stepbrothers, Brian Kellogg (Cynthia) of Talala, OK and Brent Kellogg (Jeri) of Talala, OK; his uncles, David Kellogg (Bea) of Stringtown, OK and Chris Kellogg (Marcia) of Daisy, OK; his aunt Denise Kellogg of Pittsburg, OK; and his caregivers, Randall, Peggy McCormick of Bartlesville, OK and Henderson. He is also survived by son cousins, other relatives and many dear and loved friends.
