She was predeceased by: her parents, Alex Hazlewood and Frances Hazlewood; and her brother Richard Hazlewood. She is survived by: her husband John H. Wellner; her children, Deborah Wellner and Mike Wellner; her daughter-in-law Belinda Wellner; her grandchildren, Sarah Bivens, Alex Jewell, Matt Jewell, Shelby Wellner and Austin Wellner; and her great grandchildren, Cassidy Bivens, Jessica Bivens, Brook Bivens, Allison Bivens, Tabitha Bivens and Ellie Wellner.
