He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Sr. and Myra Parker (Long); his wife Jennie; his son Allan Ray Parker; and his sisters, Georgia Faye Adkisson-Curry, Nadine Thompson and Norma Cook.

He is survived by: his son Rickie Parker; his daughter-in-law Synthia Parker of Choctaw; his sister Francis Helm of Oklahoma City; and his grandchildren, Melody May Parker of Wynnewood, Stacie Sanders of Harrah and Renelle Freeman of Jones. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
