He was predeceased by: his parents, Art Blair and Geneieve "Jenny" Blair; his siblings, Larry, Darrell and Jill (Pam); and his nephew Stephen Jr..
He is survived by: his brother William (Dawn Henry); his children, Marc, Troy Blair and Kelley; and his son-in-law Preston.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Resurrection Memorial Cemetery Chapel (7801 Northwest Expy, Oklahoma City, OK 73127). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
