He was predeceased by: his parents, Gloria Ann Smith (Meyers) and Carrel Lee Foster; his stepfather Harold; and his sisters, Kayla and Gayla.
He is survived by: his children, Tishina, Sierra and Michael; his wife Laurie Ann Tate; his brother Robert; and his grandchildren, Falcon, Jameson, Atticus, Brantley, Stormy and Remington. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
