He is survived by: his parents, Farida "Lida" Watchanee Chompanantana and Fred Evans; his wife Michelle Rickard; his son Hayden; his siblings, Sheila Taiclet (TC), Kathy Williams (Tom) and Kevin (Kyle); his siblings-in-law, Bobby Rickard, Derek Smith, Quincy Adams and Michelle Harris; his nieces, Phoebe and Sophie Taiclet; his nephew Kane Nash; and his mothers-in-law, Cyndi and Bobbie Adams. He is also survived by his family, friends.
