He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert C. Bisel and Doris Bisel (Cobb) of Okeene. He is survived by: his sister Amanda Haffey (Bill); and his niece Megan Ferguson (Tyler) of Edmond.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the First Baptist Church in Okeene.
