It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rita Jayne Boykin of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, born in Hugo, Oklahoma, who passed away on October 22, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, R. Jay Brown and Fay Brown (Parks); her husband Carlos Ray Boykin; and her brother John Brown (LaDonna Brown). She is survived by: her daughter Lara Tipton (Jack); her grandsons, Reid Tipton (Abbi) and Grant Tipton; her nephew Evan Brown (Jennifer); her niece Jonna Brown-Turner; and her great-nieces, Caroline Brown, Elizabeth Turner and Maggie Turner.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the First Baptist East Lawton (3302 SE Lee Blvd, Lawton, OK 73501).
