In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Rebecca had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Rebecca may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her husband Ray; her parents, Mindell H. Wood and Wanda N. Wood; and her grandchild Shae Gomez. She is survived by: her sisters, Vera Jean Leonard (Esten) of Chickasha, Edna Kilmer of Moore, Jonnie Bivins of Oklahoma City and Patty Edge (David) of Hugo. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and their spouses, 18 great-grandchildren, and many beloved nephews, nieces, and other family members.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Resthaven Funeral Home & Memory Gardens (500 SW 104th St, Oklahoma City, OK 73139).
