He was predeceased by: his parents, Mack Harper and Imogene Harper; his wife Brenda Harper; and his siblings, Leroy Nicholson and Nancy Freeman.

He is survived by: his daughters, Felicia Eslin and Brandi Harper of Amber, Oklahoma.; his sons-in-law, Landon Eslin and Todd Munson; his grandchildren, Mackenzi, Zoey, Chelsea Eslin, Christopher "Bubba" George and Carter Munson; his in-laws, Tanner Hickman, Anston Ortiz, Kolman Russell and Lakyn Harper Hickman; and his sister Donna Katzer of Moore.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Absolute Economical Funeral Home (7721 NW 10th St, Oklahoma City, OK 73127). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
