He is survived by: his wife Alice; his children, Katie Hoefling (Ben Hoefling) of Yukon, OK, Andy Wheeler (Nicole Giguere) of Weare, NH and Chris Wheeler (Shannon Wheeler) of Owasso, OK; his grandchildren, Bailey Hoefling, Maddie Hoefling, Paige Wheeler, Silas Wheeler, Dylan Wheeler, Eli Wheeler, Gabriel Wheeler and Thea Wheeler; his siblings-in-law, Angela Smith (Dan) and John Kuhn (Christine); his nieces and nephews, Samantha Shapiro, Cassidy Smith, Roman Kuhn and Marcus Kuhn; and his extended family, Howard Coulter, Patsy Andres, Becky Brown, Melissa Sizemore and Diane Tray.
A wake was held on Sunday, November 17th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the Buchanan Funeral Service (8712 N Council Rd, Oklahoma City, OK 73132). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church (5024 N Grove Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73122).
