He was predeceased by: his parents, Dave Schlegel and Mollie Schlegel; his son Matthew Kevin Schlegel; and his wife Ina Mae. He is survived by: his son Mark Kent Schlegel (JoAnn) of Oklahoma City; and his grandchildren, Kevin Hess Schlegel of Odessa, Debra Mollie Schlegel Sartin and Michael Philip Sartin of Carrollton.
