She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert "Bob" Phillips and Iva Beck Phillips; and her husband Jack. She is survived by: her daughter Tami DeLozier (Joe); her grandchildren, Joshua DeLozier (Magan Graham) and Angela Baustert (Paul); and her great grandchildren, Rylie, Jenna, Emily and Noah.
Viewing was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Resurrection Memorial Cemetery (7801 Northwest Expy, Oklahoma City, OK 73132).
