He was predeceased by: his brother Brett Kerwin Ragoss; and his grandparents, Walter, Elsie Ragoss, Edwin and Minnie Nolte.
He is survived by: his parents, Harlan Ragoss and Linda Ragoss; and his sister Michelle Dick (David) of Enid. He is also survived by two nieces and two nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and numerous friends.
