He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Billy" Kiser and Wanda Lucille Kiser (Sturgill); and his sister Phyllis McBroom. He is survived by: his friend Jerry; his children, Rachel Underwood (Derrick), Chandra Williams (Tom), Dusty Gardner (Josh), Thomas Kiser and Victor Kiser; his siblings, Priscilla Hamula (Frank) and Jerry Kiser; and his grandchildren, Mason Underwood, Braden Underwood, Aliyah Kiser, Chloe Kiser, Brylee Kiser, Harper Kiser, Levi Kiser, Lilliah Kiser, Lilyana Gardner and Allen Gardner. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 8:00 AM to 8:00 AM and on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Wadley's Funeral Service (303 W Washington St, Purcell, OK 73080). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the First Baptist Church - Wanette (201 1st St, Wanette, OK 74878).
