She was predeceased by: her parents, Vern Nolder and Virginia Nolder; her stepfather Archie Thompson; her sisters, Kay Nolder, Joan Benton and Phoebe Bartholomew; her son Larry Armantrout; and her grandson Evan Emmons.
She is survived by: her husband Jerry Mercer; and her children, Conard K. Armantrout, Linda Shields, Quina Armantrout, Robin Belvin and Connie Lobato. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Cancer Society, American Heart Association, or to Southern Hills Baptist Church to be used for world missions.
