He was predeceased by: his parents, W. J. Turner and Tressa Turner (Brown); and his children, Billy Ray Turner and Alice Elaine Turner. He is survived by: his children, Susan K. Gadbois (James) and Randy Turner (Cherri); his cousin Joyce Barnett; his granddaughter Denise Beagle; his great grandchildren, Aaron and Jordan Beagle; and his great great grandchild Miller Beagle.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Blackburn Cemetery.
