She was predeceased by: her parents, Grady Thomas and Bobbie Dell Thomas. She is survived by: her husband Jess David Cook; her son Kenny Sides (Cheryl); her granddaughter Sarah Sides; her stepdaughter Jessica Hunt of Springdale, Arkansas; her grandson Jesse Johnson of Springdale; her brothers, Kerry Thomas of Oklahoma City and Randy Thomas (Darcy) of Oklahoma City; and her pets, Cooper and Shiloh. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and numerous friends.
