He was predeceased by: his parents, C. C. Meacham Sr. and Artie Mae Culwell Meacham. He is survived by: his wife Billi Kaye; his children, Connie Doughty (Pete) and Michael; his granddaughter Lacy Ruby (Steve); and his great grandchildren, Marjorie Ann (Maggie) and Everett Michael Ruby (Rett).
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Vondel L. Smith Mortuary - North Colonial Chapel (13125 N MacArthur Blvd, Oklahoma City, OK 73142). A funeral service will be held on Friday, April 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the North Colonial Chapel of Vondel L. Smith & Son Mortuary (13125 N MacArthur Blvd, Oklahoma City, OK 73142). He went on to work for grocery brokerages until 2020, when the Covid epidemic forced his final retirement.
