He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Douglas Ryder and Marcella Louise Gilmer. He is survived by: his wife Tina Gilmer (Dement); his children, Devin Frederick Gilmer (Jacqueline Perry) and Kaylee Nicole Gilmer (Marcus Byers); his siblings, Samuel Gilmer of Long Beach, CA, Leroy Gilmer of Oklahoma City, OK, Marcell Gilmer of Los Angeles, CA and Marsha Ryder of San Diego, CA; his stepmother Martha Ryder of San Diego, CA; and his grandchildren, Kayden Minter, Kingston Byers, Jaylah Gilmer, Ja'Maury GIlmer, Jordan Gilmer and Jace Gilmer.
A graveside service was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Fairview Cemetery (822 N 2nd St, Vinita, OK 74301).
