He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederic John and Elizabeth Boyd Swanson (Himrod); and his children, Jeanette Bittner and Timothy Swanson. He is survived by: his wife Betsy Leigh Swanson; and his children, Fred Leighty (Connie), Debra Goulet (Kevin) and Tammy Swanson (Don). He is also survived by 16 Grandchildren; 19 Great Grandchildren; Numerous family and friends.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Southern Hills Baptist Church (8601 S Pennsylvania Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73159).
