He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick William Kamp and Dorothy Thacker Kamp; his wife Bonnie Lee Coston; and his brother Dick. He is survived by: his children, David, Donald (Allison) and Karen (Dan); his grandsons, Jay (Heather) and Andrew (Kris); his great grandchildren, Logan of Oklahoma City, Cager of Oklahoma City, Daniel of Oklahoma City, Jacob of Oklahoma City and Alistair of Oklahoma City; and his sister Dorothy of Tulsa, OK.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Church of the Savior (5600 NW 63rd St, Oklahoma City, OK 73132).
