He was predeceased by: his parents, Florentino Mendez and Delia Mendez; and his wife Sylvia. He is survived by: his sister Maria Wallace; his daughters, Alexandra Kelley (Joe) and Tina Rogers (Phil Dodd); and his granddaughters, Emma Rogers and Francesca Kelley.
A Mass was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church (1901 NW 18th St, Oklahoma City, OK 73146).
