He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Mercer; his children, Jeanne Weeks (Charlie) of Pauls Valley and Tod Soper Mercer (Christy) of Tulsa; his grandchildren, Charlton Earl Weeks (Nikki) of Norman, Kayla Porche (Chip) of Broken Arrow, McKenzie Mercer of Tulsa and Dakota Mercer of Oklahoma City; his great grandchildren, Ivy Jane Porche and Walker Carver Weeks; his stepchildren, Brad Rittenhouse (Selena) of Lawton and Andrea Rittenhouse Garibay of South Carolina; his stepgrandchildren, Madison Rittenhouse Gorbet, Maybree Rittenhouse Lawrence, Randy Garibay, Sean Garibay and Tony Garibay; and his brother-in-law John Kennedy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
A graveside service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the Sunset Memorial Gardens (8900 NW Cache Rd, Lawton, OK 73505).
