He is survived by: his mother Christine Nahoma Phelps (Brooks) of Sulphur; his wife Billie; his children, Stacy Cross (G. W.) of Tulsa, Johnnie Dodson (Terry) of Sulphur and Kendrick Phelps of Sulphur; and his grandchildren, BethAnn Horton, Dylan Cross of Chris Dodson, J. W, Terra Dodson, Jada Phelps, Wyatt Phelps and Jackson Ty Phelps. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
