He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Stephanie McDonald of Oklahoma City and Kyle Campbell (Phylis) of Oklahoma City; his stepdaughters, Julie Diaz of Oklahoma City and Veronica Borrell (Dan) of Edmond; his siblings, Gary Campbell (Pam) of Claremore, Tommy (Connie) of Ada, Modine Hooten of Eufaula, Kay Gray (Bobby) of Eufaula, Doris McCombs (Bob) of Muskogee, Barbara Hutson of Eufaula, Vicki Bledsoe (Gary) of Eufaula, Sondra Edwards of Eufaula and Jackie Blackburn (Connie) of Choctaw; his grandchildren, Chanel Kistler (Zach), Madison Choate, Kylea Jacobs (Jesse), Kaleb Campbell, Jessica Diaz and Sophia Diaz; and his close friends, David Evans, Bobby Gillespie and Tim Rains.
