She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Lewis Delp and Oril Bell Dickey Delp; her husband Sig Hanson, Jr.; and her brother Elmo Delp. She is survived by: her children, Sig Hanson III (Mary) and Shelley Hadley (Larry); her grandchildren, Melinda Sims (Curtis), Justin Hadley (Patricia) and Mandy Hadley; her great grandchildren, Kayla Brown (Chris), Stefon Hanson, Lucas Sims and Savana Sims; and her great great grandchildren, Levi, Lauren, Waylon, Sam, Treighton, Terry and Abigail.
Viewing was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Buchanan Funeral Service (8712 N Council Rd, Oklahoma City, OK 73132). A celebration of life was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Resurrection Memorial Cemetery (7500 W Britton Rd, Oklahoma City, OK 73132). Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. During the pandemic, she even began making and giving away facial coverings.
