“I had no idea that Mr. Carr had passed away. We were neighbors. He was the kindest man. We knew the house had been for sale for awhile. We thought he sold it & didn't say good-bye. I am sad to learn that it was sold under other circumstances. He and my husband had a yard competition. When we went on vacation our yard got a little tall. He came and cut our grass. He didn't know we had cameras. When my husband thanked him he couldn't figure out how we knew it was him. I am heartbroken.”
