He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Clayton Sparks Jr. and Gertrude Fannie Sparks (Gwinn). He is survived by: his siblings, Judy Slavin (Greg) and Steve Sparks (Janet); his niece Jaquelyn Owings; and his nephews, Garrett Sparks and Christopher Sparks.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the John M. Ireland & Son Funeral Home & Chapel (120 S Broadway Ave, Moore, OK 73160). A graveside service will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Sunny Lane Cemetery (4000 SE 29th St, Del City, OK 73115).
