He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Hay; his children, Nathaniel Fisher, Kaitlyn Hay, Ryan Hay and Jackson Hay; his daughter-in-law Sara Fisher; his mother Anita Hay; his siblings, Roy Hay, Kim Bergquist and Lonny Johnson; his friend Gary Dawes; and his godchildren, Michelle and Sylis Dawes.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Central Baptist Church (1600 NE 30th St, Oklahoma City, OK 73111).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Heifer International, Operation Christmas Child, or St. Jude's Children's Hospital; causes that were close to Dan's heart.
