He was predeceased by: his grandmother Wilma Jean Haggard. He is survived by: his parents, Debbie Young and Tony Williams; his sister Jennifer Ratliff (Aaron); his niece Makenzie Ratliff; his brother Josh Young; and his grandfather Bill Haggard (Dorothy). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, March 9th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Saint Ann Retirement Center Chapel (7501 W Britton Rd, Oklahoma City, OK 73132).
