She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgie Baughman and W. R. Baughman; her husband Lonal LeRoy Smith; her son Blake LeRoy Smith; and her siblings, Bob Baughman and Nadine Humphrey.
She is survived by: her daughter Leslie Carol Johnson (Jerry) of Goldsby; her grandsons, Eric Welch of Moore and Bryan Welch (Ashley); and her great grandchildren, Kallen and Carson of Norman.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Vondel Smith Mortuary (4000 SW 119th St, Oklahoma City, OK 73173). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the South Lakes Chapel (4000 SW 119th St, Oklahoma City, OK 73173). A burial was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at the Heritage Burial Park (4000 SW 119th St, Oklahoma City, OK 73173).
