He was predeceased by: his wife Floyce Irene Newman; and his daughter Dana Sinclair. He is survived by: his daughters, Sandy Billingsley (Tom), Judy Kemper (Bill) and Cheryl Meade (Thom); his son-in-law Mark Sinclair (Holly); his grandchildren, Chad, Lyndee (Mark), Jodi (Andi), April, Dustin (Tanida), Justin, Bianca, Erica and Melissa (Zach); and his great grandchildren, John, Adam, Ethan, Emilia, Dean and Allison.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Vondel L. Smith & Son Mortuary South Lakes (4000 SW 119th St, Oklahoma City, OK 73173). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Bethlehem Primitive Baptist Church (9010 S Fairview Dr, Oklahoma City, OK 73159). A burial will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Resthaven Memory Gardens - Oklahoma City (500 SW 104th St, Oklahoma City, OK 73159).
