He is survived by: his wife Jo Dean McIntyre; his daughters, Melesa (Clifford Jordan) and Gayla (Keith Grummer); his grandchildren, Jason Jordan, Natalie Sampson and Lindsay Murray; his great grandchildren, Amelia Murray and Ethan Sampson; and his brother Jack (Joyce McIntyre).
