He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Bill W. Snipes and Sylvia M. Snipes; his wife Cheri Snipes (Bennett); his daughters, Mindy Snipes Moeller and Lacey Snipes VanBrauman; and his granddaughter Lily Sofia VanBrauman.
