She is survived by: her spouse Carl Stephens; her son Sandy Stephens; her daughter-in-law Karen; her daughters, Cathy Welch and Cindy Stephens; her son-in-law Bruce Johnson; her grandchildren, Blake Welch (Hannah), Emmy, Matt and Alicia Hunt; her children, Stacia Hunt, Michelle Anderson, Leia Mullinax, Reagan Anderson, Dusty Cook and Hannah Cook; and her grandchildren, Amelia, Parker, Mason, Lee, Casey, Adrienne Cook, Claire and Maverick.
