With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Alfred Dixon of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 6, 2024 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ciryl Dixon and Rachel Dixon; his wife Louise Dixon; his daughter Elaine Dittmore; and his siblings, Raymond Dixon, Ralph Dixon, Robert "Bob" Dixon, Danny Dixon, Katherine Dixon and Joyce Dixon.
He is survived by: his sons, David Lee Dixon (Laura), Tony Ray Dixon and Michael Lynn Dixon; his grandchildren, Rex Beal, Dustin Beal, Tony Ray Dixon II, Tony Madge Dixon, Jessie Dixon, Destiny Dixon, Anthony Dixon and Kristina Rash; and his siblings, Janette Dixon, Patricia Dixon and Glen "Dicky" Dixon.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the John M. Ireland & Son Funeral Home & Chapel (120 S Broadway Ave, Moore, OK 73160). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 at the Hydro Masonic Cemetery.
